Paris Hilton can continue to ignore the rumors, but she probably has to pay attention to the judge.

A Miami judge has sided with a film distributor that sued Hilton in 2008, ruling Thursday that the heiress/actress (heirtress?) did not fulfill her promotional obligations concerning the 2006 straight-to-DVD comedy Pledge This! and probably owes the plaintiff some money.
Worldwide Entertainment Group insisted that Paris pledged to make the full publicity rounds and then bailed on interviews with U.K. and Russian publications, after collecting a $1 million fee, resulting in collective losses of $8.3 million.
U.S. District Judge Federico Moreno reined the figure in a little bit, tentatively estimating the amount Hilton owes WEG at $160,000, but he said he wants to further review her contract before finalizing the number.
Hilton's rep had no immediate comment, but she's been rather busy.
The 29-year-old celebutante was busted Friday night in Las Vegas for cocaine possession and was subsequently banned by her boyfriend's former employer from further partying at the Wynn Las Vegas and neighboring Encore hotel.
Hilton told police that the purse she was carrying that night wasn't hers, despite all of the things in it that did belong to her (like credit cards and prescription medication), and that she thought what turned out to be a baggie of coke was actually... chewing gum .

Gaylord Entertainment Co. has purchased 13 acres from Two Rivers Baptist Church for $3 million. The parcel sits north of the church, across Briley Parkway from the Opryland campus and near 105 acres Gaylord owns and has set aside for future development.
This is in addition to the 105 acre property they already own attached to it!
Gaylord reportedly requested and got approval for the land to be "re-zoned" from residential and limited commercial designations, to "COMMERCIAL ATTRACTION"!!!
